GENERAL ALUMNI HOMECOMING 2010 UPDATE

Atty Quidilla & I met Rev. Castillo this evening and came out with the preliminary plan for the upcoming Alumni Homecoming this December 30. The school’s original plan is a 2-day affair – 29 -30 but we explained to them that December 29 will still be a working day so we came up with December 30 alone.
Here are the things that transpired in this meeting”
1. The homecoming will be some sort of a family affair. And consider that day as if we are high school students again. So dress as if its free day or Wednesday. There will be a flag ceremony and then we enter our rooms (It will be open school.) the good thing is that our former techers and principals will be there too.
2. The school have it’s own team for the preparation. But for us Jubilarians, we have a lot to do so once again, paging the other Jubilarians to join us next meeting – Class 70, Class 75, Class 85 and Class 2000. Contact us or the SAA staff.
3. The affair will be free. Wala pong babayaran dahil ito po ang isang dahilan kung bakit marami ang hindi sumasali. But it will be pot luck. Bring your own lunch individually or by batch.
4. The venue will be at the Function hall. There will be parlor games and take note: EACH BATCH PLEASE PREPARE A SLIDE SHOW of your high school and latest pictures. The video must not be longer than 5 minutes preferable AVI,Powerpoint or MPEG on CD or Flash drive. Each batch will be given chanace to show their slides.
5. After lunch, we’ll have more of the games and some sort of business meeting or General Assembly. This is in preparation for our next activities leading to the 50th Anniversarry Activities in 2015.
6. The SAA ensemble will give us a glimpse of their talent. So it’s another attraction.
7. Walang uwian dahil at night we’ll have a barbecue party. And we’ll bring a band to entertain us.
8. We’ll make sure that the canteen will have enough stock of barbecue, food, soda and beer.
We'll sing and dance until 12:00 AM

If you have more suggestions, please join us on our next meeting with Rev Castillo on Saturday , November 20 at 9:00 AM sharp. By then we’ll be able to make the final program
