* the P1,000 yearly dues for each alumni batch is due on or before December 15. The coordinators are tasked to collect the money. Class batches 5 years back are exempted to pay.
* Alumni Homecoming on December 30, 2012. Schedule: 2nd Mass, Motorcade, General Assembly, lunch and evening program. Host batches will present surprise numbers. Semi-formal attire. We will do the grand march and dance the Los Bailes de Ayer.
* Rev. Joel Castillo in his letter report acknowledged the amount of USD1,635.00 from Batch'72 (additional to an earlier donation from the batch used to start the construction of the Toilet (see photo insert). Hopefully, the project will be completed soon.

* Rev. Joel also reported that he received some amount as gift from friends and alumni during his recent trip to the USA and Canada and he added it to his scholarship project.
*Also, Rev. Castillo informed us that the alumni in North America are interested in joining us in the celebration of the Golden Anniversary in 2015 but they are more available during February instead of December. Because of this proposal, the group considered that the Alumni Day during the Golden Foundation Day in February 2015 be utilized. This means that it will be a mini-alumni homecoming intended for Alumni abroad but can be attended by everyone. This idea looks promising and it was suggested that it will be included in the agenda during our next meeting. So we are looking forward of 2 homecomings
* Th e next meeting in this series will be on November 18. We will be finalizing the activities for the Balik SAA 2012. For those coordinators (those who were always invited but has not yet attended the meetings too), please attend.
